Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartender experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
- Team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Adhering to all image and costume guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Ensure that Chicas get their drinks fast and efficiently
- Prepare all beverages according to Ojos Locos specifications
- Ensure that all guests have their drinking age verified
- Operate a POS system to compute sale prices, total purchases, process cash and credit payment and provide customer with proper receipt and change
- Monitor guests for visible intoxication or suspicious activities and follow appropriate protocol, including notifying supervisor or security
- Keep work area clean by manicuring bar, removing dishware and trash and performing light housekeeping duties
- Complete set-up, side work and closing procedures, including preparing bar for service prior to opening or closing, stocking all supplies, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring bar/lounge area is in optimal condition for next shift
- All other duties as assigned
