Job Requirements
- Open availability
- 2-4 years of restaurant experience
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must wear full uniform while on duty
Job Qualifications
- A passion for food, wine and service
- A strong sense of urgency
- Superior communication skills
- Knowledge of tableside etiquette
- A focus on hospitality and guest rapport alongside development of a regular clientele
- A rigorous attention to detail
- Bartending experience
- Fine dining restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly
- Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order
- Make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger
- Work professionally with all guests and fellow associates
- Prepare beverage requisition for liquor
- Create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times
- Inform all guests of food and beverage and bar promotional activities
- Maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with the business demands of the club
- Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the associate is capable of performing
- Report to work on time and in full uniform
- Check and replace glassware where needed
- Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations
