Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of all beverages and supplies
- maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily
- greet guests courteously and promote and document drink orders
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- abide by all state, federal, and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into register at point of sale and create checks to maintain beverage accountability
- receive cash, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock and store all beverage, food, and equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure bank
- comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- perform any other job related duties as assigned
