Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending work experience
- knowledge of beverage preparation and drink recipes
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a bartender
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and wellbeing
- maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure bar equipment is functioning properly
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- restock bar inventory as necessary
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager
