Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as needed
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- stand or walk for the entirety of the shift
- work in environments with temperature extremes such as freezers and cooking areas
- operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- frequently perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
- adhere to company dress code by appearing neat, clean, and professional
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Micros
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- friendly and approachable attitude
- ability to read and speak English
- prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow company sanitation and safety standards
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- able to work flexible schedules

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisors informed of significant issues and take corrective action
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain accurate financial transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
- assess guest demeanor and escalate issues to management
- consistently follow bar recipes to control costs and ensure quality
- clean and set up station tables
- greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- enter orders accurately into Micros system
- complete sales and station side work duties
- ensure proper garnishing and delivery of food trays
- work efficiently with the "full hands in, full hands out" approach
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- support team members as needed
- bus and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and maintaining drink levels
- maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a cooperative work environment
- communicate guest orders and needs effectively
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
