  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain
  • State Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Prepare beverages accurately for other servers
  • Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
  • Maintain existing business relationships representing the restaurant and hotel
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments for groups, events, and food and beverage service
  • Ensure high level of guest satisfaction through courteous service
  • Support hotel operations by working collaboratively with other departments
