- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain
- State Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Prepare beverages accurately for other servers
- Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
- Maintain existing business relationships representing the restaurant and hotel
- Coordinate with all hotel departments for groups, events, and food and beverage service
- Ensure high level of guest satisfaction through courteous service
- Support hotel operations by working collaboratively with other departments
