Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in bartending or related positions
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- Fluent English communication skills
- Passionate about food and beverage service excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold luxury service standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for beverage preparation and alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of international fine dining, wine, beverage, and service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to build lasting guest relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar
- Greet and engage with guests, recommend drinks and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure correct and timely order processing
- Train new bartenders and promote upselling of premium drinks
- Ensure compliance with legal and health regulations regarding alcohol service
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
