- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced environments
- able to read and write handwritten notes

- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- must follow company dress code and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- promptly inform supervisors of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness policies to prevent intoxication
- assess guest behavior and notify management when necessary
- follow bar recipes for consistent product and cost control
- maintain cleanliness and set up/take down station tables
- greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- process orders in the Micros system accurately
- execute station side work at shift start and end
- handle credit card transactions and cash accountability
- ensure proper food garnishing and timely delivery
- work efficiently following the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist with party set up and breakdown
- support team members as needed
- bus and reset tables
- maintain guest satisfaction by checking back and pre-bussing
- foster positive team relationships to promote morale and efficiency
- communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and via Micros
- maintain friendliness and a professional appearance
