Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar, including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well-served, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
