- Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with the ability to make recommendations to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive at the bar and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring they have an enjoyable experience at the bar
- Take drink orders and make recommendations to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beer wine and spirits
- Pour drinks quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards ensuring prompt service for all guests
- Mix classic and innovative cocktails
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and handle cash responsibly
- Keep the bar area clean and organized including washing glassware and utensils
- Restock the bar with supplies and inventory as needed
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations including checking IDs to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Assist coworkers in completing their duties through collaboration and teamwork
- Treat others with respect and dignity at all times
- Other duties as assigned
