Job Requirements

  • Must have high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining experience
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to work in person at the restaurant location
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to uphold company standards and policies
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexible availability including weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume fine dining and casual dining setting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant for each shift
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Support the implementation of new service protocols and menu offerings
