Job Requirements
- Must have high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining experience
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work in person at the restaurant location
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to uphold company standards and policies
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume fine dining and casual dining setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant for each shift
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support the implementation of new service protocols and menu offerings
