Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 21 years old
- proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- repetitive use of hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- possible exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology techniques
Job Duties
- Be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered
- attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
- provide excellent guest service to enhance the customer experience
- create drink recipes and stock the bar
- maintain a clean work station
- build a positive rapport with guests
- ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations
