Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware, before opening and restock limited beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
