- at least one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty beverages
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily
- requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests courteously and promote orders for drinks
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- comply with all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service requirements
- input orders into the register and create checks for each guest
- receive and verify cash from guests and balance all moneys
- lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items and secure cash deposits
- comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- perform other related duties as assigned
