Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of bar experience
  • knowledge of spirits and wine
  • ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty beverages
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily
  • requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
  • maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables to ensure product quality
  • greet guests courteously and promote orders for drinks
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
  • comply with all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service requirements
  • input orders into the register and create checks for each guest
  • receive and verify cash from guests and balance all moneys
  • lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items and secure cash deposits
  • comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
  • perform other related duties as assigned
