Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
  • Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
  • Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Must have attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
  • stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
  • ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
  • process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards
  • perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
  • other tasks as assigned by manager
