- DABC certification

Job Duties
- Open and close the bar following the opening and closing checklists
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the brand's drink recipes
- Arrange and maintain liquor bottles and glasses attractively and functionally to support drink preparation and promotion of beverages
- Check and verify the legal age requirement for the purchase of alcohol
- Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make changes if necessary
- Balance cash receipts
- Clean and sterilize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas
- Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant manager
- Limit brand liability by not serving guests who have been excessively drinking and helping arrange transportation for intoxicated guests as needed
- Help serve food items to guests seated at the bar area
- Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
