Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a minimum of 1 year bartender experience
- Be able to work flexible schedules
- Possess a positive and guest-focused attitude
- Comply with all local and state alcohol service regulations
- Be able to stand for extended periods
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest behavior and adhere to legal and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
