Job Duties
- Make standard bar drinks
- Learn and understand the beer selection
- Prepare craft cocktails
- Take guest orders and provide attentive service
- Memorize menu items, abbreviations, and preparation styles
- Stay updated on beers on tap and educate customers
- Assist in prepping ingredients and maintaining bar stock
- Adhere to sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, and napkins
