Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to legally serve alcohol
  • Experience working in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about cocktails, food menu, and wine list
  • Participate in routine training sessions and menu knowledge testing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
