Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- POS and/or computer skills needed
- Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Hands on team player with a strong work-ethic
- Maintain license and certifications as required by state
- Pass a background check if required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills
- Serve as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador
- Build relationships with customers
- Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information
- Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results
- Accountable for becoming a trusted, successful expert in the bar and consistently work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products
- Assist in the complete operations of the store, including accurate pouring, stock control and product maintenance
- Perform all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner
- Follow all Casa de Montecristo policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as state and local regulations
- Maintain visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image
- Ensure a comfortable, responsible and safe environment
- Other duties as assigned
