Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartender experience
- ability to follow directions and adapt quickly
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- access to reliable transportation
- legal right to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartender experience required
- previous restaurant or banquet service experience preferred but not mandatory
- ability to follow directions and adapt quickly
- knowledge of fine dining, wine, and bartending is a plus
- access to reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Loading and unloading catering equipment from trucks and vans
- set up for events including tablecloths, place settings, table placement, buffet setups, and ceremony seating
- break down and repack event equipment for transportation
- carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
- keep glasses filled and remove plates while replenishing utensils
- serve event guests in a friendly and professional manner
- perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
- maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
