Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must possess all required certifications and licenses per local health and alcohol regulations
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capacity to coordinate guest needs at the bar and service well
  • Ability to carry food and beverages
  • Must be physically able to dance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products
  • Ability to apply suggestive selling techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
  • Acknowledge guests immediately upon approach
  • Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
  • Ensure food temperatures are maintained as per standards
  • Be visible and available behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
  • Adhere to timing standards for preparation and service
  • Use suggestive sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Educate team members on drink recipes and procedures
  • Document and minimize waste
  • Contribute to restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Follow all recipe specifications and cleaning schedules
