Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or restaurant experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to obtain necessary local certifications within 30 days
  • Must be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Basic proficiency in English language
  • Ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts
  • Willingness to work full-time or part-time
  • Must comply with company safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years bartending experience in a similar establishment
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
  • Good attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Willingness to obtain Tips and Food Handlers cards within 30 days of employment
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk without assistance for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and repetitive motion capability

Job Duties

  • Interact one-on-one with guests and take their orders
  • Make cocktails utilizing company service standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain an issued cash bank throughout the shift
  • Market yourself and the establishment through social media outreach and staff outings
  • Support company goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values as an active business partner
  • Follow food and beverage sequence of service and proper procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge and selling techniques of beverages and menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with management, servers, and staff to address guest needs
  • Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
