- Prior bartending experience
Job Duties
- Providing engaging and excellent service for all bar guests throughout their visit
- Mixing great cocktails to spec, pouring cold draft beer to spec, pouring wine to spec and making drinks in the service well for service staff
- Describing food/beverages to guests, taking guest orders and efficiently delivering food/drinks
- Pre-bus and maintain the bar top and surrounding lounge tables during service while attending to guests needs
- Deliver marketing initiatives and notify guests of upcoming events
- Quickly and efficiently accepting payment
- Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
