Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong manual dexterity
- Good auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and cocktail preparation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and related laws
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks following Thunderdome's standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Handle guests' requests and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Follow proper alcohol handling procedures including dating, labeling and rotation of beverage items
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment
