Job Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role
- alcohol beverage servers certification required
- food handlers certification required
- ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry 50 to 75lbs
- ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
- manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- completion of bartending school or bartending and mixology certification preferred
- minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
- alcohol beverage servers certification required
- food handlers certification required
Job Duties
- Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
- prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
- maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
- monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas
