Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and replenishing supplies, glassware, and garnishes
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
  • Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience
  • Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments to provide innovative and unique offerings
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
