Job Duties

  • Greet guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding guests expectations
  • prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks
  • pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste
  • deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
  • collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease
  • count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present
  • maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables
  • order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner
  • properly dispose of broken glassware
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
  • sufficiently handle and accurately count money
  • check identification of any guest consuming alcohol
  • follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services
  • observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
  • assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences
  • communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers
  • performs opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
