Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Knowledge of bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg beverage system
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights

Job Duties
- Prepares drinks correctly at the bar for patrons and for cocktail staff
- Assists with cleaning the bar area and inventory maintenance
- Ensures the safety and security of employees and guests
- Performs responsible alcohol service and completes all related training
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Observes patrons to prevent overconsumption and underage drinking
- Performs other duties as assigned
