Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- proficiency in POS systems
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
Job Duties

- lead by example through professionalism and authenticity
- multitask by mixing, shaking, serving, and connecting with guests simultaneously
