Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work well within a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capability
  • Commitment to following food safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into POS system
  • Ensure guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
  • Deliver and settle the guest check in timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
