Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well within a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into POS system
- Ensure guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the guest check in timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
