Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have or be able to obtain state-required food handler and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in hospitality, club, or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests courteously and ensure prompt, friendly service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and club standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of bar offerings, including wines, beers, cocktails, and daily specials
- Monitor and manage member tabs accurately using the POS system
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, tools, and equipment
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and inventory as needed
- Handle member inquiries and requests professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with private events, banquets, and special club functions as assigned
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Work cooperatively with serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
