Job Requirements
- Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays
- follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- provide genuine hospitality to all guests
- comply with all allergy, dietary restriction, and modification procedures
- maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment
- exercise proper and accurate cash handling and reconciliation
- be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude
- comply fully with safety and sanitation guidelines
- be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of your shift
- be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds in general
- practice proper safety guidelines at all times
Job Qualifications
- Have knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- successfully complete alcohol awareness training
- successfully complete food handler training course
- be proficient in the use of POS terminals and credit card terminals
- communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates
- be able to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- have experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Duties
- Provide genuine and extraordinary service to all guests
- use teamwork and enthusiasm while serving food and beverage using proper service techniques
- follow recipes to prepare and serve beverages
- maintain clean and organized workstation
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
- accurately take and maintain guest orders
- stock bar and storage areas with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and supplies
