Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of mixology and liquor laws
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks for guests while maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area
- Proper preparation and garnishments of all drinks
- Adhere to all liquor laws and check IDs on guests under legal drinking age
- Direct cocktail servers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and lounge
- Process paperwork, balance the register, and handle cash and credit cards according to standards
- Ensure all bar personnel are in proper uniform
- Serve food and beverages to guests at the bar and tables
- Monitor guest liquor consumption and cut off service responsibly
- Perform other designated duties as assigned
