Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Valid bartending license or certification if required by local laws
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Familiarity with bar safety and alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Mixing and serving beverages to guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests
- Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assisting in training new bartenders
- Collaborating with other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
