Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to obtain a Racing License from the Louisiana Racing Commission
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision
- Ability to work overtime, flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from team members and regulatory agencies
- Ability to write and present information to management
- Ability to perform mathematical computations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers or wait staff
- Pours measured drink and mixes cocktails and other drinks
- Serves wine, coffee, soda drinks, bottled water and draught or bottled beer
- Collects money for drinks served
- Prepares requisitions for liquors and supplies
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display
- Slices fruit and/or vegetables for garnishing drinks
- Operates cash register and micros for recording of all sales
- Perform all other duties as assigned
