Job Requirements
- must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
- must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to safely use a ladder
- must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates
- must be able to work weekends and holidays

- previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment

Job Duties
- support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables
- refill beverages
- polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from kitchen to tables
- ensure great customer service, accuracy, and presentation standards
- utilize technology to complete food pick up and drop off
- ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures
- provide friendly and attentive service
- uphold safety and sanitation principles
- collaborate with team members
- work in indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other duties as assigned
