Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to create craft artisan cocktails
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote drink orders
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and practice portion control
- comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate alcoholic beverage regulations
- input orders into a register and create checks for guests
- receive cash and verify charges to balance all moneys
- lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items
- comply with attendance rules and work regular shifts
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
