Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of bar experience
  • knowledge of spirits and wine
  • ability to create craft artisan cocktails
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
  • requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
  • maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
  • greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote drink orders
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and practice portion control
  • comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate alcoholic beverage regulations
  • input orders into a register and create checks for guests
  • receive cash and verify charges to balance all moneys
  • lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items
  • comply with attendance rules and work regular shifts
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
