Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixology techniques
- teamwork and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon seating
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customers are well served by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly while thanking customers and inviting them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
