Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • capability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work well in a team
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • attention to detail and customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
