Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- capability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred

- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
