Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years bartending experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Attention to detail in drink crafting and cleanliness
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of bartending experience
  • Positive and friendly team player
  • Passionate about crafting drinks including classic and signature cocktails
  • Keen eye for detail in drink preparation and guest interaction
  • Ability to handle busy shifts calmly and efficiently
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus

Job Duties

  • Build memorable moments for guests by making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed with every interaction
  • Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing the bar and assisting with other setup tasks
  • Craft cocktails and beverages with precision, following recipe specifications
  • Stay sharp and informed about menu updates and current offerings
  • Take pride in running a clean, organized bar, ensuring every shift is seamless and efficient
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule that may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours depending on business needs
  • Use point-of-sale systems with experience using Toast considered a plus
