Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Reach overhead and below knees including bending and stooping
- No supervisory experience required
- Commitment to upholding company policies and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience in bartending or similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean work area
- Commitment to following company policies and standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guests' needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members
- Stay updated on beverage trends and incorporate local offerings
- Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol service, and company policies
