Job Duties
- Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
- become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
- build regulars and loyal business by creating a fun bar atmosphere
- interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down
- support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
- prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- keeps updated check in front of guests at all times
- learn something new everyday
