Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- commitment to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or mixology experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely fashion
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
- assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
