Job Duties
- Break down bar
- lock up liquor
- store fruit and juices properly
- accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order
- make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using standard jigger
- work professionally with all guests and fellow associates
- prepare beverage requisition for liquor
- create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times
- inform guests of Food and Beverage and bar promotional activities
- maintain flexible work schedule according to club needs
- complete all opening and closing duties on checklist
- carry out reasonable requests by management
- report to work on time and in full uniform
- check and replace glassware as needed
- stock and replenish ice at all ice stations
