Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile upon seating
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter into POS system
- ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
