- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Demonstrated compassion and enthusiasm for senior care and hospitality
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations in handling and serving beverages
- Engage with residents to enhance their social experience and provide exceptional customer service
- Uphold all policies regarding legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
