- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
- Build regulars and loyal business by creating a fun bar atmosphere
- Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
- Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeps updated check in front of guests at all times
- Learn something new everyday
