Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending or similar hospitality role
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
