Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or barback
- Experience with cocktail creation, understanding of wines and beer
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies
- ServSafe, TIPS certification
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to Ladder 13, quickly build a relationship
- Assist the guest through their beverage and food decision making
- Have a master understanding of the cocktail recipes, wine list, beers, and food menu items
- Consistently prepare drinks per Ladder 13's standards
- Organize bar and back of house areas in a clean and disciplined manner supporting a busy bar, including prep work
- Accurately input orders, including modifiers, into Toast, the POS of Ladder 13
- Accurately and timely perform opening and closing procedures along with side work as assigned
